I am sorry for abandon my blog for so long!
I didn't have much things to blog about recently as now everything is about work, studies, friends, family & boyfriend. haha. it took up like the whole of me alr.

20th Aug 2010, Friday
Last friday met up with my poly mates after so long.
We went to bugis for dinner & I swear I am not going to bugis on weekends for dinner anymore!
It's like long queue EVERYWHERE & I really mean EVERYWHERE!
Was so hungry & we walked everywhere it's all full house.
But in the end we settled down @ the steamboat place beside Top 1 KTV.
The meet up was short but alrights. :)

Oh yah did I mention about my timetable for unisim?
it's on every fridays & saturdays! I was super tired & pissed cos it burns all my weekends!
Moreover the lesson on saturday is like whole day,
it's from 8.30am - 11.30am then 3.30pm - 6.30pm.
really felt so tired & I hate it.
I just want to finish all the modules & get my degree asap!

Yesterday I suddenly had craving for koi & insisted on drinking it. hahaha
so end up shicheng met us @ bp & drove us to toa payoh to buy before going to geylang for supper. The geylang supper was actually an impromptu as we took the wrong route. haha

Last but not least! I REGISTERED FOR PIANO LESSONS @ OSSIA MUSIC SCHOOL! :D
I can't wait for my first lesson on wednesday.
If you all want to know why I decided to learn piano now, it's bcos I want to play a nice piece of music on my wedding day! haha so I will work hard! :)

Oh ya! I didn't mention that beng & me bought a Wedding Photography Package! :)
It was actually an impromptu thing as we didn't have any plans to buy any wedding photography package yet. It was that day when we went down to Iluma for some last minute shopping for our Phuket trip and there's this roadshow when "Judy Wedding" was there doing some promotion regarding wedding photography. The person approached us and we just sat down and listen to what they have to offer.

Guess what? the talk lasted for two & a half hours and as the sales person promote, we started to get interested & we ended up buying the package. I know alot of ppl would think "how come so rush?" "how come you don't look for more before buying?". But at that point of time I really didn't think so much, I guess it's the sales person, she was really friendly & nice. On top of that, beng & me already planned to go taiwan next year so with this coming up, I thought it was okay.

But I didn't regret buying the package either. This is something which we need sooner or later so why not just buy it first since we like it. The price was reasonable too & what's more is that the person really gave me alot of freebies hahaha! Thus, I really think it's a good buy.
I believe the person won't cheat us & run away with our money ba.

Now my aim is to slim down by June 2011 for our wedding photoshoot in Taiwan! :D

Awesome Phuket Trip!

Hello People! I am back from my Phuket Trip! :D

Day 01

- Reached Phuket International Airport at 9.20am (Phuket Time)in

- Checked into our villa & it's totally awesome!

- After snatching our rooms, we unpacked our stuffs & settled our lunch in the villa

- After lunch, we arranged for a van to drive us to Island Safari for our first activity, ATV! Although it was drizzling, we really enjoyed!

- Next, we stopped over at Central Festival shopping mall for a short while to do abit of shopping.

- Lastly, the driver brought us to a seafood restaurant to settle our dinner!

- Reached our villa & the war began! All tried to push each other into the pool & we ended up all in the pool playing dodge ball! hahaha

Day 02.

- Woke up and had our breakfast before heading to Patong for our water activities!

- Reached Patong & we tried a few water activities such as, Jet Ski, Banana Boat & Parasailing (only beng, qizhi & ken tried)

- We spent about 3-4 hours at Patong beach before walking over to Jungceylon Shopping Mall!

- Had our lunch there & we also went for massage! I swear that the back massage was really painful! I didn't enjoy it at all. But the foot massage was great! :D

- After massage, we went to walk along Patong for those cheap clothings!

- Lastly, dinner at some Eurasian Restaurant!

- At night, we played "Circle of death" & "Calling Names" game & all of us drank so much of water! Laughing & shouting so loudly but we all enjoyed it

Day 03.

- Woke up for breakfast

- Packed our stuff before checking out from our villa!

- Headed to Premium Outlet for some cheap shopping but it wasn't too cheap afterall.

- The driver suddenly remembered that there's a big flea market at Phuket Town & decided to bring us there so we went.

- It was a really really big flea market (totally like Bugis street)

- After shopping there & tried all sorts of street side food, we headed to the Airport & get ready to fly back to Singapore!

Basically that's how we spent our 3D2N in Phuket! I am really glad that the trip turned out to be so great even though we didn't know a few of them too well before this trip. It's really awesome & I believe there would be more trips coming up! :DD

I personally feels that Blackberry Bold 9700 looks nicer. haha and most of the people told me that Blackberry Bold is better too, so I guess I have more or less decided which one to get alr. :)

Beng would also be getting a Blackberry in August!

I will buy the white one while he buy the black one! so nice! hahahaa

Ever since I started working, I have been sleeping early every night.

I still remember when I was taking a break from work during june, I always complain that beng sleeps super early every night! But now, every night while he's still using his laptop, I would be sound asleep on my bed! HAHA!

Last night, he was talking to me about some HDB Loan issues and I was listening till I fell asleep! hahaha! He must be super irritated but I really can't control! lol.

Alrights, enough of my sleepy topic.

Btw, I just took up a new tuition assignment & yesterday was my first lesson.

The first lesson was quite alright & the boy was good so I believe it won't be too hard :)

my night classes would be starting next week & I would already be missing 2 lessons due to my phuket trip. sigh! I hope it won't affect my grades!

I can sense the busy schedules coming up! :((

I think it's time for me to update my blog after neglecting it for so long! :)

Time really flies & it's already the 4th week of me being in my new job and in another 11 more days, I would be in Phuket already!! Looking forward!

It's really time for me to enjoy the sun & sea once more since my Redang Trip last year.

I hope that it would be a great trip with no rain at all, Pls God!

Work has been good so far and I am assigned as a Netball teacher-in-charge! I am really happy as it really made me reminisce those days when we were in the netball team in teckwhye sec.

All the good old days when we attend trainings tgt, got punished tgt, work hard tgt, do everything tgt. I really miss those days.

Even after secondary school, I tried joining netball team in Ngee Ann and SIM, it's really not the same anymore. The bond is different as in secondary school, all of us just click & bonded so well. I believe that it is impossible to find the same team anymore. :)

Thus, I hope that the netball team that I am assigned to will have such nice memories as me! :D

SATURDAY, 03/07/2010

Beng & me had Dim Sum buffet lunch @ Pan Pacific "Hai Tien Lo" with Shi Cheng & Florlynn. It's on the 37th storey in Pan Pacific and from there you can see the view of the whole of Marina. I think it's really nice and it's a good experience. The buffet menu has alot of choices for you and I am sure that you can't finish all the food on the menu. lol.

HAPPY 18th Monthsary to boyfriend & me! :D

We went to vivo to collect my pants before heading to Queensway to shop for some sports attire as well as my table tennis bat! :))
After which, boyfriend went for a haircut while i follow my dad to fetch mummy for dinner then to the hospital to visit my grandpa. I am glad that he's feeling much better already!
After visiting my grandpa, we sent my grandma home & we went for bowling! :DD

That's all for my weekends & it's already Monday now. WORK TOMORROW!

IT'S JULY!!

I really cannot believe that more than half of the year had passed. It feels like I just celebrated New Year Day with my girlfriends at my place a few days ago. Time really flies, like SERIOUSLY!

In another 28 days time, I will be flying off to phuket for my excellent holiday and I am so excited! I CAN'T WAIT I CAN'T WAIT!! :))

Watched "Triple Tap" with kim & jas last night @ lot 1. Initially I didn't quite like such movies, but since there's no other show to watch so we decided to watch this. Surprisingly, it didn't turn out that bad afterall. Maybe it's bcos of the 2 handsome guys in that show that it turned out not too bad. :X

After the show, we drove to jas's void deck & had a short catch up on the car. it's really nice to catch up with them after a long time. I seriously love the way we talk non-stop for a few hours and we can talk abt any thing anywhere. hahaha.

I hope we can have more of such meetups even though all are busy with our own things. :))

I decided to blog about the first staff meeting that I attended as an AED while my super tired boyfriend is happily snoring away on his bed.

Went to school for Staff Meeting today all the way from 8am to 4pm.

Initially I thought the meeting would only last for like half a day but it lasted till 4pm.

But fortunately, the talk/contact time/discussion were quite interesting.

Oh ya, it was also nice seeing everyone after holiday and all sharing about their holiday trip experiences in different countries. (eg. Japan, New Zealand, Taiwan & Australia)

I really really hope to go for a long trip to a further country too, I guess I would just have to save up for that wish to happen, for now, I would just have to prepare for the school reopening

The new challenges and experience that I am going to have from 28th onwards.

I would be in Character Development Committee which I didn't know much about this committee and also, I was assigned to be the teacher-in-charge for Table Tennis which happened to be one of the sports that I can't play.

Other than that, my duties were to co-teach Primary 3 & 4, Maths & Science.

I really hope that I can handle all these well.

On top of all of those, I am super excited about my new desk in the staff room and I really can't wait to decorate my working area. In order to work well, you must first have a good working environment, so, I have already bought all those things that I need to place on my desk!

Tomorrow, I would be going to town to shop for my working outfit!

I am really very excited for monday to come. I can't wait! I can't wait! :DDDD

My poly girlfriends came over to my place for mj and we had dinner tgt at bukit panjang plaza.
This kind of life is going to end in 4 days time. From next monday onwards, I would have to start working and I think I would be so busy. :((

Good Morning Everybody!

It had been some time since I wake up so early.
I love the fresh air in the morning & also the smell of the grass, but that's provided that I don't have to go to work. hahaha. When I have to wake up so early for work, I would always feel restless & looks like a walking zombie. I wonder why. :D

My body clock is already messed up.
Everyday I would sleep at around 2am/3am and only wakes up after 11am.
I really think I have to adjust my body clock by this week as I would be starting work on next monday! I don't wish to be seen as a walking zombie on the first day of work. lol

So, let's just hope that I can do it :DD

Shall update on my Malacca Trip on last weekend.

12/06/10, Saturday
We head off to Malaysia by Second Link early in the morning to avoid the jam, but unfortunately, we still got caught in it for around an hour plus.
When we finally passed the custom and got into Malaysia, a really stupid incident happened! We realised that Shicheng & my passport wasn't chopped! So we had to go all the way back to that stupid custom to find that stupid man to get our passport chopped!

Finally all the passport incident were settled and we proceed to our destination, A Famosa Resort. After about 2-3hrs drive, we finally reached and checked in. Rested awhile at the villa before heading to Cowboy Town for our night activities :DD

13/06/10, Sunday
We had our breakfast at the nearest A&W Restaurant but its a little disappointing. After that, we drove to Malacca Town. On the way there, we had a little accident but it wasn't serious so we continued with our journey.

We had Malacca Famous Chicken Rice as our lunch and we shopped for abit of local delights before heading off to our next destination, Jusco.

Reached Jusco after around 2 hours drive and we had abit of snacks at Mahanttan Fish Market. Shopped for groceries at Jusco shopping market before heading off to Senibong Seafood Village for our dinner. The food there was really cheap and not bad, and the place was full of Singaporeans.

After dinner, we went to fill up the petrol for the last time and went back home by the Woodlands Checkpoint.

That's the end of my 2D1N Malacca Trip. It was fruitful and really a good experience! I LIKE! :DD

I just realised that it had been a long time since I blogged so I decide to post abt my shopping day! :D

Went town with esther & kyan to shop for something nice for my birthday.
We walked all the way from far east to 313 and I managed to buy 5 clothes! It had been a long time since I spend so much on clothes. But I really felt good after that! hahaha

This coming Saturday would be my big day! the day which I am going to celebrate for turning 21st! I would be officially an adult soon, although physically it would make any difference! But IT'S OFFICIAL NOW!
I wonder if its something good or bad?

I hope my birthday party would turn out great! Hope it wont bore everyone! :DDD

End of my CCPE Career

5.00pm, 7th May 2010 marks the end of my CCPE career.

I started my First full-time job on 9th June 2009. The first day of work is so new to me as its my first full time job. I started my first day by taking over work from the previous CCPE and he was only with me for 1 and a half day.

I figured out almost everything myself and learnt everything on my own. Slowly, I got to know the nice office staffs and some really nice teachers.

At that time, my principal was an awful old lady and she's really a turn off to everyone in the school. She made my life so miserable at work. She told all the teachers to give me more work as I seems so free that I can surf the net everyday.
And she never smile!! She would only smile to the HODs and the important people while she treats all the office staffs and teachers like invisible.

But our working days changed when my very nice current principal came! She's so different from the old one. She is so cheerful, bubbly and she treats everyone like her friend. She appreciate all the things that we've done for her even though its our job and she even offered to help when i told her that I am thinking of switching job.

I would definitely miss the days as CCPE but, the good thing is, I would still be back to this school as Allied Educator in June! I would still be able to work with the nice people & Principal!
Same school but different position, something good for me too!

Thanks all colleagues who gave me the gift & the card. I really appreciate that alot! :D

Yesterday we went to Sembawang Bottle Tree Village for dinner. The place was nice and quiet, I didn't know that there's such places in Singapore.

The food there was nice and price was reasonable. Quite a good place to go if you are someone who likes a quiet environment. Its also facing the sea. :D

Attended fishy's 21st birthday celebration last saturday and it was really nice as we get to have a short meet up with the rest. This year is an expensive year as most of us would be turning 21 which also means that we must be more generous on the presents. haha

Was talking to the girls and we were same as last time, laugh, gossip, talk abt our lives. But the only thing that is different is, all of us have alr grown up. We are not like when we were in secondary school when we have the whole world of time to do whatever we want & go wherever we want.
Everyone of us are preparing for our future, working, studying.. We hardly have time for each other anymore. That's something everyone will come across in life, its just a matter of time. I am really tired. I don't really like my life now, everything is coming at the same time and I am seriously feeling the stress-ness coping work & study at the same time. I don't know how long can I hold. Let's just hope that this kind of feeling would go away soon.

I think its time for me to plan for an overseas trip to really give myself a break after my exams. EXAMS PLS GO AWAY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

A Day with my Poly Loves!

Attended the Appointment Formalities with simchenyen ytd @ Vital.org. It's something like a session to let us know more details on the terms and conditions of AED.
Everything sounds great except for the NIE Training part. It was stated that "during the period of NIE training, I can't have any other trainings/studies outside." This meant that I would have to either defer my unisim course for 1 semester or I would have to take lesser modules next Semester in order to not have any lessons during Sept to Dec. awwwww
If I am going to defer my semester means I won't be able to attend the same lecture as ah ki & no one would be able to explain to me in class anymore!

I hate making tough decisions but I always have to. Every now and then, there would be decision making for me to do. Why can't things just fall in place nicely?

Forget about that part first..

After the session, we headed to town to meet wongkeetyan and that's my first time stepping into somerset 313. haha abit slow, but people have no time ma! It had been a long time since I go to town in the AFTERNOON! It really feels great to be relaxing, walking around town in the afternoon, it reminded me of my school days. It don't feel good to grow up. :(

We spent the whole day in town from somerset to far east plaza, I shopped till im so broke now. Bought a jumpsuit, shorts, a top and had a haircut, lastly, i trimmed my eyebrow at some lok cok shop.

Dinner-ed @ some hk cafe, expensive to the max. And we sat there for a long period of time before heading home.
I really really miss those free & easy days when we just skip classes like nobody's business and go wherever you want & doesnt have to care much. sighh. why do ppl grow up?

As usual, good time flies~

IT'S MONDAY AGAIN & everyone is back to work and I have to start on my revision for exams! Very soon my exams would be here & I definitely don't want to fail any of the papers. I dare not hope for high grades, just give me a B and I would be happy enough. :D

Good Friday, 2nd Apr
I organised a kelong trip for my family & my sis's friends, its also sort of celebrating my sis's birthday. So, we headed off to Changi Village in the mini bus that I booked from Mr Lim. Reached there, we had our breakfast & bought all the neccessary stuffs before going to the jetty to take the bum boat over to the kelong.
Although there's a little miscommunications with the operators at the jetty, we still managed to get to the kelong.
Some mj-ed and some fished while some just slack around, we also canoed around the kelong. It was not bad. It made me think of those days when we go to evelyn's uncle's kelong tgt & how we catch those fish & all the fun we had.

Saturday, 3rd Apr
Bf went for revision class while I go to Megatex with daddy & mummy. Daddy bought a GPS (his new toy).
Headed home to finish up my Online Quiz.

Sunday 4th Apr
Daddy drove us to Malaysia Desaru for seafood feast! This is also to celebrate my irritating brother's birthday. It's really cheap to eat seafood in malaysia, maybe we can organise some seafood session there someday :DD

1 Day Road Trip! :D

Went on a random road trip to malacca yesterday with my parents & my sis. Daddy drove and it took us 3 hours plus before reaching Malacca! We went to the Heritage Area of Malacca and we also went to the Flea Market there which is only available during weekends.

There is this very nice tornado potato which we tried. Its very interesting & nice, will upload the photos when rachel soh uploaded them into the computer. :D

It's really nice going on such random road trips. I hope there would be more to come!

I think I really stressed myself too much already. I am doing so many things at one time & its really very tiring!

NIGHT CLASSES + TUITION + FULL-TIME JOB = DIE

My everyday schedule is:

Monday: After work, Night Class

Tuesday: After work, Night Class

Wednesday: Work

Thursday: Work

Friday: After Work, Tuition

Saturday: Tuition

Sunday: Do Assignments for Class

I really think that its too tiring for me. Every week I only get to rest on Wed & Thurs NIGHT! rarrrrr I am going to let my tuition centre know that I am going to leave in end of March.

I can't take it anymore.

I don't even have time for friends! SORRY LEIBINBIN & JASSYLIM! :( I always have to reject you all either bcos of tuition or bf or night class. :(

Attended simchenyen's birthday chalet on saturday and It was great. Sort of a small gathering with my poly mates (only the usual clique) and really enjoyed myself with them :D
Although the lack of sleep is terrible, it was still good afterall.

After chalet, I shared a cab together with alan & junda to boyfriend's place. Bought KFC breakfast for him & I slept at his place all the way till 4pm in the evening. But I still feels tired after that.

I can't wait for the next chalet for our poly mates! I think I should start doing some planning for september. :D This time round, we have got to book a bigger chalet in order to get a good sleep!

This year is definitely a good year for me. A few good things that happened to me..

We got a good queue number for "Segar Grove"
I PASSED MY AED INTERVIEW! (which means im going to change to a better job)

HAHA! actually these are the 2 things that happened to me. But although its only 2 things, but its still a good start for me right? Getting a good queue number & passing my AED interview really meant alot to me as it would affect my career & future.

Now that I'm going to be an AED, it means that I'm moving 1 step towards my goal alr. My goal is to open a tuition centre and be the principal of that centre. My first step is to be a CCPE, next is to be an AED. After AED & my degree, I am going to be a teacher. At last after being 5yrs of teacher, I would be opening my tuition centre & fufil my goal!

People please continue to wish me luck & hope that I have to determination to go towards my goal :DDDDDDD

The first time I saw ♥ was at cck cc basketball court. He was having his basketball training there and I just happened to be there. I was thinking since I've never seen a real outside basketball team's training before, why not just stay awhile & watch with my friends.

I knew him as the best player of the team from people at the basketball court. The name "ahbeng" was heard a number of times from people but I wasn't sure who is that "ahbeng". But when I first heard of this name, the first thing that came to my mind was the gangster ahbeng. So I looked around for the person who look more like a gangster.

While looking around, a dark tanned skin guy with a head full of golden hair caught my attention & I just had this feeling he's the one. From then on, I would be there whenever they were having their basketball training or match.

After watching him play for a few times, I started to agree what people say. And my friends and I had our own player to support. Needless to say, my "IDOL" is of cos him.
My friends & I became closer & closer to the team but not to his group as they were the so called "Senior Group" at that time and they like to ACT YI GE MAN. so we seldom talk to them.

I dont know how I managed to get his friendster(the "in" thing at that time), msn & followed by handphone number! hahaha (the usual procedures)

But not long later, he entered Navy and would often go on sailings & not being able to attend trainings & matches. That's when i see him lesser & lesser.

Few years later, he came & chatted with me on msn & we became closer from then on. We chatted on msn every night and even meet up for movies & dinners.

Soon, we got together but the relationship didn't last for too long. So we ended up friends again.
But when we were friends, I still went down to watch his basketball match.

There's still once, on the 6th June 2007. He came to my house downstairs and passed me a birthday cake. I was touched even though he remembered my birthday wrongly. (How nice)
After that, we got back closer for awhile & it drifted apart when he went for his sailing.

2 years later, we managed to get back in contact. We got back together once more and it lasted all the way till now. We went through so much to come to this day and we managed to get the flat that we applied for. That's how its supposed to be.. ♥.

Haven been blogging for a long time. So many things happened & I don't have the time to blog.
CNY is over so soon. I think i alr lost count how many days have passed. lol.

MY BANGKOK TRIP!
I went on a 4D3N bkk trip with my family which includes my grandparents, my uncle & aunties.
It was nice going there after so long! I remembered the first time going there was when i was in P3 & its like 12 years ago?

I bought like super lots of clothes esp. the singlets! haha and visited the temples & the grand palace on 1 of the days. The whole trip were great & it's really nice to go on a trip with so many ppl after so long =)

After dinner, we went to walk around at ION & I managed to buy a shirt for ♥. & Faith came to meet us there. Let's forget about the surprise thing, its like all in a mess! hahahaha but we still managed to surprise her i guess, together with Jo. haha

Talking about the movie, we were like 20mins late!?! and i totally missed the first big part! But the whole show was great. =) After movie, the late night talk @ mac was great. Too bad I've gotta work today, if not i think we could have stayed abit later. Nah, sure there's more such meet-ups!

Just highlighted my hair with simchenyen & esther fan @ far east plaza ytd. I chose light blonde and the results was alright.

After highlighting our hair, I went to shop around with simchenyen before meeting bf & alex for movie at Plaza Sing. We watched "Hachiko" and I really hate watching such show bcos I would never fail to cry. WTH. I hate it when I've to walk out of the theatre with red eyes & nose. I don't like watching sad show related to dogs, it always make me think of what will happen when roche is not around anymore.

After the show, we went to play the "Bishi Bashi". In case you don't know what game is it, its the 3 colours buttons, Red, Green & Blue game in the arcade. It was super fun playing with friends & bf. hahaha we were like mad! HAHA

After playing, we went to meet up with bf's friends. Jasper & Gf. I sent simchenyen to the bus stop & I joined them at Starbucks for a short chat. It was really nice sitting around meeting new friends & planning for outings. hahaha

It seems like so many people from my secondary school were married. Few days ago, I went to look at my friend's profile in facebook and I realised quite a few of my secondary schoolmates were married.

In our 13 wonders, one of them already settled down and there's 12 more to go. hahaha. I still remember when we were in secondary school, we always say don't know who would get married first & most of us thought that it would be limorhping and we came up with lots of ideas & really had fun just talking about it. haha but now that one of us got married, all the ideas that we talked about, didnt actually work. Sometimes I really feel quite sad & did not understand why things would turn out to be this way when we used to be so close in sec school days. sigh..

Even if now everything seems to be fine, but we still feel the awkwardness there which is really very sad. Sometimes I really wonder is it so hard to maintain a friendship?

Big Change

I am currently facing a big change in my career. Basically, I've 2 choices now, Allied Educator (AED) & Teaching Position. I discussed this matter with my Principal and she assured me that I would definitely get the AED position if I go for the interview. But on the other hand, my application for being a teacher is still processing and I am not sure if I would be shortlisted for the interview. The best thing is, my AED interview is on next monday which is like before i even know if I would be asked for an interview to be a teacher.

I really really wanted to be a teacher but the problem is, why must god always want me to make such tough decisions? I want to be a teacher, but I am not sure if I can get it. At the same time, if I can't get teaching, I don't mind being an Allied Educator. But now, this 2 choices came at the same time. If I accept being an Allied Educator, I can't be a teacher until I served 2 years as an AED.

Now i'm stucked in between! Why can't the teaching inform me about the interview first and at least if I can't get in, I still got my AED position to back up! but now the AED interview comes before the teaching one how how how! =(

I really dislike making decisions. I gave up AED once bcos of my current job, on the same day that I am going to sign contract for my current job, it was also the same day for my AED's interview that time. The situation was quite similar as the CCPE job is confirmed but that time the AED interview was just an interview & I wasn't sure if I would get the job. So, I gave up for the interview & went ahead to sign contract for this job.

Now the same thing happened again. sigh. Can anyone tell me what to do?

I had a great time on the last day of 2009 as i spent it with my girlfriends, bf & my family. Girlfriends who attended were, kim, jassy, duckie, fishy & chienting! we ordered pizza hut as our dinner & had a little issue regarding the pizza. Apparently, the pizza looked like it was dropped on the floor before delivering to us. So jas called up & complained and we managed to get a replacement for it which only came like an hour later?

we mj-ed, played taboo & bingo & took like so many pictures. (pictures are still with kim!) i really think it was nice meeting up with my girls once in a while for such celebrations.

I really hope every year would be the same.

I started my new year by going to Mandarin Oriental Hotel with bf to celebrate our First Anniversary. I think this can be counted as a good start right? lol. The stay was great especially the room, it was totally awesome!

Met up with K & J ytd in town and we headed to "Giraffe" for dinner before catching "Alvin & The Chipmunks 2" @ Plaza Sing. We talked about all the things in the world, went to shop abit before our movie starts & the chipmunks are really cute esp. Theodore!!

Yesterday i was randomly chatting with beng & we came across this topic regarding death and I just thought, "where would we go to after we die?", "is there really heaven & hell?", "is there any recarnation in this world?". I suddenly felt so afraid, I dont wanna die & I dont want my love ones to die too. I would be alone when I died & I would not know what to do & where to go, that kind of feeling is like so terrible. But actually there's nothing much we can do too, life is so vulnerable & it's like a string which can just snap anytime. That's why I really want to cherish everyone around me now especially my love ones. We wouldn't know what would happen at the next moment.

p/s: enjoy life to the fullest while we still can..

2009 xmas is over and year 2010 is coming really soon.
this year's xmas was well spent with ahbeng, ah ki & eunice & we really had a fruitful day. =)
morning, we went to marina barrage for picnic and i brought taboo along! The food that we prepared were sushi (which was damn chui), pancakes & tibits. I really like that place as there's many many people flying kites there & its like so many birds flying around us. The kites are of different shapes & sizes, and there are some which are seriously super nice.
We sat down there playing taboo! hahaha, the losing team got to eat the sushi. how sad, our picnic food actually became our forfeit for the game. sigh.

At night, we went to Marina @ Keppel Bay TCC to have our dinner as we havent been there before. The place was really nice, just that the TCC turned out to be so much smaller than what was showed on the website. After dinner, we drove up to Mount Faber to have a look and off to the Jurong Bird Park there to see the night view of Jurong Industrial Area. After those places, we headed back to ahbeng's place for Monopoly & Taboo! hahaa

We ended our day with chicken burgers @ CDANS and a few rounds of bowling. =) I can say that my xmas this year was really well spent. Last but not least, thanks boyfriend for the "SURPRISE". goodnights everyone =)

This is the Tiramisu that kimberly taught me how to bake & I managed to help my sis bake for her friend. I have some talent for baking afterall. :X

The year 2009 is going to be over in 8 more days. In the year 2009, there's alot of things that happened. I shall summarise everything in below..

2009
. got together with ahbeng
. graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with gpa of 3.2
. hooked onto facebook games esp. mahjong & bejeweled
. celebrated my birthday at a seaview resort together with families & friends
. collected more cameras
. found myself the first full-time job
. first overseas trip with ahbeng
. first overseas trip with ahbeng, his family & my family
. opened a joint account with ahbeng
. applied for our new HDB flat
. enrolled myself in uniSIM
. some friends left but the close ones stayed ♥
. plucked my wisdom tooth

2010
. still long & lasting with ahbeng
. celebrate my 21st birthday @ some chalet
. play lesser online games
. collect even more cameras (Diana Flash + Mr Pink)
. get a better job that allows me to earn more
. korea trip with ahbeng & family (winter winter)
. bangkok trip with my family
. get our new HDB flat
. get at least a gpa 3.5 for my degree course
. the close friends still by my side. =)
. no more wisdom tooth! yipee!(:

Watched "Avatar" with beng, ahki & eunice last saturday, the show was nice but not very nice. It was a little draggy at the middle of the show but the graphics was really good & that shows why they spent so much to film this movie. I would rate it 3/5 overall =)

Couples Retreat

People! Go watch "Couples Retreat"! I am not sure if you would like it but I find the show funny and the place they film this movie is TOTALLY AWESOME! The place is just like another Maldives! Its nicer than Redang by 1000000000000000 times!

Like I mentioned in the previous post, I was on 2 days MC & bf was on leave yesterday so we decided to settle as many things as possible. At the end of the day, these are the things that we did.

1) Sent my sis to work @ Hitachi Tower

2) Finally tried the "Wrap" that my sis promoted to us

3) Caught "Couples Retreat" @ The Cathay

4) He bought a X'mas Present for me!

5) Sold the bike that we had lots of memories with. *byebye mr bikey!

6) Cancelled the season parking for his bike

7) Deposit my cheque!

8) Opened mySavings account

9) Cooked our "鲍贝" maggie mee together

10) Met up with Ah ki & Eunice for a short chat

11) Applied for our HDB Flat, "Segar Grove".
